The three memberships: General, Priority & VIP, each offer different levels of access to our sample sales.
The different memberships determine which time slots of a sale, and which sales you will have access to as a Showcase member.
Memberships are annual for a flat fee per month, renewing annually automatically unless cancelled within the 30 day cancellation period prior to renewal.
General
General membership is free, providing access to most sales and time slots. There will be earlier Priority and VIP time slots on sales, and some special sales, that you will not be able to access without upgrading.
PriorityPriority is a paid annual membership that you can upgrade to at any time here on the website. It provides access to earlier Priority time slots on sales, and some special paid member only sales.
VIPVIP is a paid annual membership that is only available by application. You can apply here. It provides access to special early VIP time slots on sales, and some special VIP only sales.
One-Off Event Passes
Some sales will offer the ability to upgrade on a single-use only basis to access a Priority or VIP time slot for a once-off fee. Enabling you to access a paid earlier slot without the annual membership.
Please check the ‘Important Information’ on the event page for the sale you would like to attend to see if there will be fitting rooms available. When fitting rooms are available, they are communal and you may be sharing the space with other customers. Additionally, try-on time is limited to 15 minutes in order to ensure that all customers are able to use the fitting rooms during their time slot.
A Showcase sample sale lasts from 1 to 5 days, providing our members with access to highly discounted designer items. Stock is provided directly from the luxury brands we work with. This can consist of this season’s excess, pieces from previous seasons and genuine samples/factory seconds.
Showcase members are able to book events and select a dedicated time slot. You will be sent a ticket via email. As Showcase offers tiered membership options, not all time slots will be available to each member. For in-store sales you must come at the start of your allotted time slot. For online sales, you must shop and checkout during your allocated time slot.

To ensure that we provide the best possible shopping experience at our sample sales, we require our members to follow our House Rules.
This is to maintain our highest available discounts, partner with the world’s most exclusive brands and protect our valued community.
These rules differ for sales based in different locations. Please ensure that you have read the relevant House Rules for the sale that you are attending.

- You must have a valid ticket to enter each sale, and each member will require their own ticket.
- No food or drinks are allowed into our sales.
- All items are ‘sold as seen’; please ensure that you are happy with your items before purchase.
- Some sales may have strict no photography rules, where these apply, phones will be required to be checked into the cloakroom.
- Fitting rooms, when available, are communal.
- No returns, refunds or exchanges are available for any sales where you have purchased the product in person.
All of our sample sales are members only, on an allocated time slot basis; ensuring the best experience for Showcase members.
At our sales you’ll find a selection of unique samples, past season stock, press and runway samples, and more.
To attend our sales, you’ll book a specific time slot. This means you won’t have to wait long to enter, and we’ll make sure the store isn’t too busy whilst you’re shopping.
General membership to Showcase is free and grants you access to the majority of the sales we host.
To access all of our sales, including the most exclusive ones, you’ll want to join our VIP or Priority membership tiers. Alongside access, this gives you first pick of the amazing items on offer.
Showcase’s online sample sales are available on the Showcase Online Store for each region. Accessed through your booking on our website, from your device of choice, for seamless online shopping.
The Showcase Online store is fully secure and compliant, providing you with a safe online shopping experience.
Showcase’s in-store sample sales are run at physical retail locations. Either at our flagship store on Regent St in London. Or at a range of pop-up retail locations from New York, to Sydney, Milan and many more.
In-store sales cannot be shopped online and must be attended physically in-person.
